We have been going through some intense workouts, no doubt about it. The majority of the team is handling them with incredible steadfast resolve. However some are choosing to take a different road.
What ever happened to knowing the difference between pain and injury? Pain can be overcome with mental toughness, and determination. Injury prevents you from being able to do what is asked of you - it is legitimate and diagnosed.
The bottom line: We have to get tougher to contend.
