Nadeem Al-Hasan (23-6) and Jeffery Lambert (21-4), both regional qualifiers in their senior year (2008), will be the second and third Wylie Pirate wrestlers to compete at the collegiate level. They have already begun classes at Bacone College in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Bacone is a private, Christian, NAIA school, that has had many All-American wrestlers in recent years at its level of competition. They will be coached under Brett Oleson.
Coach Oleson was a two time national qualifier at 174 pounds during his career; and has coached four All-Americans and one national champion.
The Pirate family congratulates these student-athletes, and wishes them well as they continue their education and athletic careers.
