A great week of practice, was topped off with a special visit from All-American Derek Bosso. The Pirate wrestling family was proud to host Derek Bosso for a short visit this Friday.
Bosso wrestled with Coach Brian Cook at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown and was in town visiting. We appreciated his advise and his motivational team talk. It was nice that a collegiate All-American echoed the same sentiments that we have been telling the team. His talk focused on practicing fundamentals, commitment, diet, and the balance of life and wrestling.
We will continue to emphasize excelling in all facets of life, while having a special focus on wrestling and the lessons our sport imparts.
